A station like Nounemaroc can grew to 350 kg per m³, the closed loop is the best way to control and adapt the hot and cold temperature, acidity, oxygenation, conductivity, all water parameters to have a good growth. Thus, Nounemaroc has acquired the latest aquaculture technologies with computer assistance, stabilized parameters to have a good diet and a better yield, this technology still not existent in eel aquaculture in Africa.

CLOSED-LOOP AQUACULTURE

Nounemaroc ends up with a technology that can reduce its energy consumption by 20%, its water consumption by 50%. Good profitability to face Asian or other competition in the world. Morocco has therefore acquired a tool that, in the future, will increase the production of closed-containment farmed fish. This technology will be spread by the knowledge acquired by young academics joining the Nounemaroc group.

The Nounemaroc station installed on 6000m² with 120 tanks. with an annual production of 400 tons, a slaughtering and processing room of 5000 kg/day, a freezing tunnel and two storage freezers.
